Product Overview
Lithium is not always the right answer. Where the budget is the deciding factor, or where the system is a modest off-grid setup rather than a daily-cycled home battery, a tubular battery remains a sensible choice.
This one is built for solar duty specifically: thicker tubular plates and a higher electrolyte reserve to cope with the slow, partial charging that a solar system delivers on an overcast day.
It does need occasional attention. Electrolyte levels should be checked at the recommended interval, and it will not tolerate deep discharge the way lithium does.
